so i recently tried to purchase from adobe and the order didnt go through aka i didnt get my product and yet there is not an Pending transaction for Adobe Systems Ireland LTD that says "This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Adobe Systems Ireland LTD completes your order." and i cannot cancel it. i have talked to adobe's support for 3 times now and they say that no payment has baan taken and yet the money was removed from my bank account and paypal says its pending
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
