Hi, I have made a request from the Fiverr account to add money to my Paypal account. it is been one week but still, I did not receive my amount in PayPal I have raised the issue with Fiverr they have told me that the withdrawing process is initiated error is from your recipient side which is my PayPal account.
i have tried to contact PayPal customer but unbale to contact.
Hi @kernowlass I have tried to add an email address as you told me while adding email I have realized that all things are okay. the issue was my email address which is added in Fiverr was wrong. so now I have updated my email address. but still, no payments have been received. I have also ask the Fiverr help center they have told me to contact the Paypal customer help center.
