How to verify account here in UAE? My friend from US is trying to send me money and paypal said "recipients cant accept personal payments" And maybe my account is not verify. Pr0blem there is no customer service here in UAE i can call.. Please help me.. Thanks..

You don't have the option to receive personal ie friends/family payments in your country so he would have to send it as goods/services and so you may get the new seller hold and pay a fee to receive it unfortunately.
