Hi, I'm from Uruguay, and been using PayPal without a problem to buy things online for quite some time. It never happened that a site rejects every single card I have in my PayPal account with an "Unverified PayPal account" message, up until today, in which not only my purchase was canceled because of the previously mentioned reason, but the amount was actually charged, so I just ended up losing money.
Did the rules of the service changed recently? Is there any reason why an account could be "unverified" now, even after all the past purchases? According to the site in which I realized the purchase, this error is common when you don't have a bank account associated to your PayPal account, but I've never had this problem occur to me in the past.
Thanks for reading. I started posting here via PayPal suggestion, so I hope I'm not skipping any steps. Happy holidays to everyone!
