I have created account in PayPal and it was already confirmed but some how I am facing issue that not receiving amount in bank account if someone send me amount on PayPal account.

Please check the issue and update asap.

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

I have created my paypal account with account number not debit card number 

so here my concern is it is possible for successfully processed or create Paypal account only bank account number not through debit card number
