I paid for a bathroom suite with PayPal credit. Soon after I cleared the credit balance. Some of the items I ordered were unavailable, the company has refunded the money to my PayPal account but I am unable to access it. The money cannot be refunded to PayPal credit as the balance is zero. How do I access my refund. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
