I got a $10 courtesy credit and it is showing up in my Wallet. According to the instructions, it should show up when I choose Paypal with a merchant on line, I choose "Add Offer". I have tried different merchants and choose actual merchandise not gift cards, but the "Add Offer" does not show for anyone. I have checked it in my Wallet, how do you add it/activate it? Thank you.
I am with you on this one. Keep in mind, I have the "Use at next purchase (when valid)" checked off in my wallet. I purchased from at least 3 website (Petco.com, QVC.com, and Wayfair.com) and check-out via PayPal. Unfortunately, it did not trigger the Courtesy Credit. It is very frustrating.
