Accepted "You have a payment" email, no transaction and no funds.

Hi everyone. If you could assist with the following, that would be much appreciated.

 

I received an expected email from Paypal titled "You have a payment" where I clicked the "Claim my funds" button. The payment was from an online teaching platform (Preply) where I made a request to withdraw funds to my Paypal. I was redirected to Paypal where I logged in, and was redirected again to a success page stating my funds would be available in the next couple of hours. This was on 14 May.

 

I still have not received the funds nor do I have a transaction representing the above. I contacted Preply first and they said from their side the transaction went through as expected.

 

Any help to how I can solve the problem above would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
