I keep getting this message "A temporary problem occurred when trying to complete your request. Please try again later." when trying to make a payment. I can't log in via my ipad at all. Any thoughts?
It is, in fact, very frustrating. I've been trying to pay the balance for 4-5 days now and I can't do it because of this error message. Maybe we need to call PayPal or Synchrony bank? I'm sure there will be a penalty if I don't pay on time, but why is there such a persistent problem? Now I see I'm not the only one having it.
