I called the customer service number about a transaction that’s been pending past it’s given due date. I called PayPal and talked to a “Joe” (a lady, mind you who gave me the reference number 1070957458 for the phone call) and gave me every single excuse in the world on why it’s still pending. My tipping point for writing this is that towards the end, she thought I was the recipient of the payment and not the sender which leaves me to believe that she didn’t even check my account nor the transaction I was calling about. Out of frustration, I said this customer service and PayPal as a whole is useless and she said that I could just issue a check through my bank to avoid any problems with PayPal….. A PAYPAL EMPLOYEE TOLD ME NOT TO USE PAYPAL. That sure says a lot…
