21 pay later option

I am trying to use the 21 day pay later option. It says active on my account but can’t use it for places I have used it before on. What’s going on?

PAD is between you and Paypal. The seller is unaware you are using it as they are still credited the funds in advance. No seller would post an item before being paid.
Funds leave your account at 14 days in which time your item 'may and normally has' arrived however you don't actually have anymore 'buyer protection' than any other buyer.
Its basically a 14 days interest free loan provided by Paypal. BUT its not offered on every transaction and you can only use it when it is, I guess thats down to paypals cash flow status at the time of your transaction maybe?

I know what it is and how it works. I’ve used it plenty of times on the same place I can’t now. I did email PayPal they said it’s because I have a dispute on my file and they are taking it away for awhile. Only dispute I see is from myself against someone else. So not sure how long I have to wait before I can use it again x they wouldn’t say
