Silent Post Suddenly Failing in Pilot/Sandbox Environment

I'm in the process of building a payment page that uses the Hosted Checkout pages to take credit card information, and Silent Post with Force Confirmation turned on to notify my system of the payment's completion.
This has been working for several weeks, but suddenly started failing on Wednesday (5/27/2020). Silent Post requests still reach my application and receive a 200 OK response, but the client is always redirected to my ERRORURL anyway, and the transactions are always shown as voided in PayPal Manager.
Even setting the handler for the Silent Post to always return a 200 OK immediately (~20ms response time)
Has anyone else had this issue, or know where to look to resolve it?
Is there anywhere I can view PayPal's side of Silent Post logs, such as what happened to the request and whether/why the client was sent to the ERRORURL?
