Data on some sales are not showing up on the PayPal site and I have to got to the website back end to even know what people ordered. I am also having intermittent problems getting the option to show up on sales for CREATE A TRANSACTION.. .aka Reference Billing. It is inconsistent now and i was told there was a plug in to let PayPal work again with Payflow and Woocommerce. It is really frustrating to not be able to CLICK on that option at the top of the order page and just create and process a bill to charge for shipping. This worked for years and I think there must be a solution. At this point I have to create a separate invoice for the shipping and wait for the payment which slows down sending out orders.
