Payouts API and Payflow

If we are using PayPal Payflow on our Business account and we are implementing the Payouts API in our application using the account for PayPal that is connected with a PayPal Payflow account, will the PayPal Payflow account for payouts that are done through the Payouts API? More so, does the Paypal Payflow API / SDK provide options for Payouts? Am I using the wrong API?

Payouts API is designed for PayPal Business Accounts using Rest API, which is not compatible with Payflow. Since in your post you indicated that your Payflow Account has PayPal as your processor then you can setup Payouts API using your PayPal Rest API Credentials.

There are not any Payflow SDKs for Payouts since the product is a PayPal Business Account Product that does not work with Payflow API.
