One fixed price no-matter how many bought

I cannot solve this problem. No-matter how many items a customer buys, I charge only one shipping fee of £6  80. But! This only works if the items are identical. If a customer buys two different items on my website, then they are charged £6  80 twice. I want to set up paypal so that no-matter how many different items (or sizes) they buy, there is still only a total charge for shipping of £6  80.

How is your site built? What is it that's calculating your order totals? Some sort of shopping cart system? Are you using Express Checkout, Payments Standard, or what?

Need more details to be able to try and help with this.

I am using the 'built in' PayPal shopping cart in the WYSIWIG web builder software

"Built in" to what? Can you provide a screenshot or a video demo of your checkout experience?
