Just recently added this bank. Unaware, I inputted the card # instead of the account number then did a withdrawal which completed as reflected on Paypal. But as I have checked, the money isn't on my bank. So I am assuming it's stuck somewhere. Any ways to track and retrieve the money? What should I do on my end?
