Verification issues to transfer money to my own bank

I refrn just got a settlement from Zimmerman Reed law firm and pay pal won't even let me transfer jr to my own bank

What verification issues are you talking about?

Are the funds in your balance and in your currency?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

What funding source are you withdrawing to?

Is that funding source confirmed and have you withdrawn funds before?

The funds are in my balance it'll let me attach a debit card but won't let me transfer, let me order a Lyft, let me buy crypto, but won't let me send it. And I can't send for cash pickup or make a purchase. I was on the phone with them but right when they where going to transfer me to the debit card people they closed.
