I filled "IPN handler URL" and after "Transaction type" get the error.

Same here. Choking on window.moment in IPN Simulator, no matter what I select (refund, web accept, etc).

FF 68.0.1 and Chrome 75.0.3770, Mac OS X 10.13.6
