Troubleshooting my checkout

I have stock photo subscription service and a customer contacted me saying that they couldn't access PayPal from my checkout page. When I've tried it myself it does the same thing, it either disappears on the new page it opens or on my desktop it just won't allow me to click the PayPal button. I have no clue how to fix this.
