I requested money from my Fiance on April 28 we both have PayPal and I received this message. I've looked at this transaction and it's being held because it's outside of your normal selling activity. This may be because: We found an unusual change in selling price for this transaction. The transaction is inconsistent with your business model. You're selling an item that customers could be dissatisfied with. Your account has been inactive for a while. The expected release date of the payment is . Would you like to know how to get your money sooner?

Based on the messages that you received, it appears the payment was sent as a payment for goods/services (not friends or family). The system may have detected that you do not have enough selling history causing the funds to be on hold. You may refund the transaction back to the sender and ask them to use the friends and family option.
