Money on hold

Have had paypal for over 10 years and money is now on hold for a transaction - contacted the person and theyre in the uk using a uk paypal

So unsure why money is on hold

Also have another account which is personal

Sold 3 items here and all 3 are on hold, 1 is waiting delivery but the other 2 have been delivered UPS tracking. Why would paypal not release the money  ?

I am dealing with the same thing. I requested money from my Fiance on April 28 and my funds are still on hold.

One is business and other is personal

Money has never been on hold and both always have tracking added so can see when item is delivered

But both accounts have money pending for some reason

They never have before
