I filed a claim because the item I ordered was defective. (Wireless Digital Finger Pulse Oximeter)
I returned the item and it came back to me return to sender. Refused. Unable to forward.
I contacted the Seller and never received a response.
My claim was denied. It was in favor of the Seller.
I just want my refund of $44.98.
How can I get my refund?

Did paypal find in favour of your claim?
Did paypal give you the address to return the item?
Did you send it trackable and is that what the tracking reports?
