when i am trying request option , showing i need to verify, can't accept payment

when i am requesting money on PayPal mobile app & website , it showing me "we are sorry you need to verify but me  verified  , can't accept payment" why i can't accept payment or request money.

If someone is trying to send you a personal payment, it won't work because India accounts cannot receive or send personal payments.
