refund in my paypal account

I have received a refund about two weeks ago and has been added to my Paypal account. After that I bought several times and was not deducted from my Paypal account automatically but was deducted from my bank account anyone had the same problem . whats the fees if i wanted to send the money back to my bank account?

Are you using pay after delivery at all?

Have you got your bank account set as your primary funding source?

As far as I am aware its free to withdraw funds to a bank account in your country.

thanks for your help actuelly ya i have been selected my bank account as the primary option to buy now i changed it to the paypal balance is that all what i should do or there is another thing to do it?

That should be ok as long as the currency you are sending is one the receiver can accept.
