"Unsupported Payee Currency" while payment with paypal in Magento 1.9.3.4

Hi everyone,

Urgentlly need help!

In magento version  1.9.3.4 when i am trying to checkout  cart with paypal redirect me to paypal page to login and when i press login it shows "unsupported payee currency" then redirect err page saying " we are sorry unable to process at this time". 

I have set base currency in US dollar in configure.

Is your web page passing a currency code to PayPal ?   If yes, is it "USD" ?

Another thought, is your web page passing any currency symbols to PayPal.  For example this symbol "$" will cause issues.

Passing "USD" as the currency, but getting the error.
