paypal integration not working on debit or credit card

paypal integrated on my website i.e https://arihaflagship.com/

but in this website payment option debit or credit card not properly work 

they showing error message like "Things don't appear to be working at the momnet".

please check on reply as soon as possible 
my website is live so please do somthing fast

Ah me too it’s so frustrating I have changed over to eBay managed payments , but I still want to use PayPal . I can’t seem to top up PayPal from my bank as there saying PayPal sort code is wrong ... I hope they get things sorted soon
