Thank you for your post!
It sounds like you might be referring to an automatic payment that was canceled. You can see more information regarding Automatic Payments here, however, there isn't an option to reactivate the agreement there. This would have to be done with the merchant the same way it was initiated previously. Usually, this would be on the merchant's website.
