i cant add my mastercard becase its linked to another account and i dont know what account that 😞
how to remove it please help

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.
If you have 2 of the same kind you risk both being limited.
Your best bet is to contact customer services to try and regain access to the old account so you can remove the card and close it down.
