Does PayPal Standard offer recurring payments (subscriptions) in Mexico?
I am integrating a standard Woocommerce Subscriptions solution and know my gateway/API credentials are good, yet get the classic error of "We are currently experiencing technical problems. Try again later.".
I'm so surprised I couldn't find anyone else asking this, but it appears PayPal does not offer subscriptions in Mexico--can this be true?
