When I try to access the https://www.paypal-support.com/ technical support site, I keep getting a message from my browser saying "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead" and when I still try to continue and access the site I receive this message from a Cisco page "This site is blocked due to a phishing threat"; why can't I access this site anymore to submit technical support tickets?
