We are a small counselling charity, and on our website, we ask potential clients to sign up, and then pay a £10 registration through Paypal. The payment goes through, but we are not receiving the form, and Paypal informs the client that something has gone wrong. Everything used to work perfectly, but our web designer is at a loss to understand why it is not working now.
