Before updating to PayPal Payments our clients were able to pay with debit / credit cards via PayPal Gateway. After switching to PayPal Payments it's not possible (they get the try again error) and we're getting the "Unfortunately, the card processing option is not yet available in your country." message in Wordpress WooCommerce settings as well. How is that possible? In Croatia?
