Hi, I have a classifieds website where all sellers keep their product(no shopping cart and only product display where seller can contact buyer for products) and now i want a shopping cart on my website along with a payment system in which seller can pay through paybutton / buy button and then whole amount will get into my account as a website owner (middleman between buyer and seller)..after that if buyer recieves the product then i will release the amount to seller account after removing my commission.so that buyer can be assured that he will not be the victim of fraud as his money is safe with website owner...there will also be option of part payment transfer (or certain amount which is agreed by both the party) incase if buyer gets a defect product (return wont be possible due to foreign shipment (different countries of buyer and sellers - cross border shipment)
