Recording transactions in UTC time

I am in the US and would like to time stamp transactions as UTC time in order to more easily sync them up with regular Shopify credit card transactions.  The drop-down for time zone in my company's PayPal account settings only offers US time zones, not UTC.  Is it possible to set it to UTC?

Unfortunately, that option is not available. I will take your use case and create a feature request for Product Development to add this. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime.
