Yes, we suggest to please upgrade your Personal type PayPal account to Business type and accept funds.
Please contact our PayPal Customer service via link -
https://www.paypal.com/th/smarthelp/home (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.
They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.
Once upgraded to Business type, please follow the below steps to create a valid PayPal button code via your PayPal account and update the code on your website with the help of your developer or third party platform(eCommerce) support.
Login PayPal.com >> click on "settings icon" >> go to "Account settings" >> Website payments >> PayPal buttons >> select button type >> fill all the required details >> copy & paste the button code on your website with the help of your website developer.
(Or)
Login PayPal.com >> go to direct link "https://www.paypal.com/buttons/" >> follow the above steps.

@MTS_Chiranjeevi Thank you for replying back to me.
I found that if I created a button in THB, the transection will be successful. But, if I mad the button in USD, which my website takes USD, the transection appeared to be declined with the quote "To comply with international regulations, this transaction has been declined."
Could you suggest how to fix this issue?
