Paypal buttons - can I limit purchases to the United States only (no international accepted)?

Cannot find anything about only selling in the US, I do not want international business...when you configure buttons they have currency in US but no other options available to limit purchases by country...does anyone know if you can do this and how? Many thanks.

they don't make it easy to find, like this should be where you create your buttons, everything should be together or at least a link to everything in 1 place.
