I added a $20 MoneyPak and enter the code and sent it supposedly to my PayPal cash debit Mastercard. The money never showed up there and I can't get through to anyone PayPal to speak to them nor can I speak to MoneyPak and speak to an agent when I try loading the moneypak onto other card it says that the moneypak has already been sent to the card ending in <removed> which is the PayPal but again the money never was there what do I do?
