I have received money from my friend however something has gone wrong somewhere and has flagged it as I am a seller which I am not and I do not have a business account. As a result of this I can't get the money until I have said that it has been 'delivered' but I don't have any tracking information as there is nothing! I add no track needed and it won't allow me to do that and my friend done it as a guest so she can't do anything. How do I get this money? Thank you
