Making changes to the cart page...

Is it possible at all to adjust the cart page?

I am using FetchApp with PP buttons on my Builderall site. 

When a customer adds to cart and it goes to the PP cart, I would like there to be a "continue shopping" button there to take them back to my store.

What am I missing?

If you are using PayPal Buttons and add the following line of code the continue shopping link will display on checkout.

<input type="hidden" name="shopping_url" value="https://example.com/birthday_cards">
