Is there a way to know exactly when payment will be off hold?

Hello, i am new to paypal and was wondering if there is a way to know exactly when my money will be off hold because i have added the tracking number to the payment and the order arrived a week ago but still havent got my money off hold

If you are experiencing delayed funds availability, here are some shipping tips that may help you get your payment sooner:

• If you use USPS or UPS, purchase and print your label on PayPal and we’ll release the payment within 1 day of the courier confirming delivery
• Add tracking: upload the tracking number of one of our supported carriers. We'll release the payment within 1 day of the courier confirming delivery
• Confirm order status and we’ll release the payment within 7 days upon verification.
