If I add Pay in 4 (AUS) will it work for customers from other countries?

I have an international ecommerce store but I operate from Australia.

It seems like all the Pay in 4 code is country specific.

If I add the code for one country will it work for all the other countries where Pay in 4 is available, or only in the country the code is specific to?

eg. I add the Pay in 4 AUS code.

Will a US customer:

A) See the messaging and be able to use Pay in 4

B) See the messaging but not be able to use it

C) Not see the messaging and not be able to use it

When a customer is in a country where Pay in 4 is not available, will the messaging display for them?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

Please make sure you have passed "enable-funding =paylater" in your integration and based on the location of the customers, pay in 3/4 or monthly installments will be visible for the eligible customers.
