Hi,
My friend tried to send a money to my Paypal account but he received this message "User cannot receive money now". I don't know the reason. I am from Egypt and my mastercard added to paypal is "Prepaid card for using in internet" and my Egyptian bank told me that I can't receive money on it. However, I want to add the amount (sent from my friend to my paypal account only not to added to my cand.
Could any body help me or explain what I should do.
