How to create Paypal voucher / coupon / discount code that is tied to a specific merchant

May I know if Paypal has any features that allows a merchant to create voucher / coupon / discount code that is tied to a specific merchant.

e.g. create a $50 voucher or 50% discount code that can only be used when they purchase from my site.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

PayPal Checkout (Smart button), merchants can pass the "discount" value under "amount" breakdown while performing the "Create Order API" call.
