Hi. I recently made a purchase of a laptop on ebay and I used my paypal account to checkout. When the seller discovered that I used a freight forwarding address, he decided to cancel my order. That much I understand. My only concern was that my ebay account was later on suspended permanently due to reasons I dont know and that was before my refund was fully processed. With all that said, will i still be able to recover my refund from ebay? It's been two days since the incidence happened and my bank Statement still doesnt show the refund.
