PayPal will not help me. I can’t add a card and I’ve tried so many times. It says “Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction.” It’s frustrating because I contacted chat support and they didn’t help. Just kept linking me to their articles. Why won’t it let me add a card? It hasn’t been linked anywhere I just received it. It has funds on it. I can’t add a card OR bank account because this error occurs. I’ve tried on multiple browsers. Customer service won’t help. They keep saying my account is in good shape. What gives?
