Access denied on paypal.com

Dear PayPal-Community,

 

I am experiencing access issues when trying to visit PayPal from our server. We are receiving an "Access Denied" error with a reference to "/ir/home".

 

Our server's IP address is a German IP, and this issue started recently without any changes on our end.


Error Details: Access Denied, Reference #1721317503cad931f36580aecd65dc2
