Paypal Plus in Woocommerce on Wordpress: access denied!

I could integrate Paypal Plus on my webpage (ok, my webhost did it), but now I get following error: access denied!? Any ideas about this issue? (Location: Austria, Woocommerce plugin on wordpress, browser: Google Chrome...)

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Community. PayPal Plus is available in Mexico and Brazil for new integrations. It is available for existing integrations in Germany, Mexico, and Brazil.

Unfortunately this product is not currently available in Austria because it is deprecated for the region. The replacement for PayPal Plus is PayPal Checkout. PayPal Checkout is available in Austria, so if your web developer updates your plugin to a PayPal Checkout plugin you should be able to integrate your PayPal account.
