Request #4: WP7 (Windows Phone 7) Mobile App Missing

Other posts here have been requesting a WP7 app since March of 2010.  There are now Android and iPhone PayPal apps, but no WP7?  Really?

Give me API access and I'll write the app!  I had to borrow a friend's phone just to install the PayPal to upload a check image.  That's horrible.  "Hey buddy, drive 20 miles to come see me so i can deposit a check to PayPal." 

WP7 is the easiest to develop for too (I have developed for all 3 platforms).  There is no reason PayPal shouldn't have a WP7 app.
