Send & Request tabs appear to have forms to fill out, but tools tab is empty & account tab won't open at all: flicks yellow but doesn't switch to the tab. Is this app fully functional for my phone? I'm logged in ok, with PIN, but Is there something else I need to do? Is there another better app?
