Failed to load daily and monthly sales report

Hi, is anyone else having problems with the Paypal Here sales reports.

They have been working fine untill yesterday.

They now won't load, the error message failed to load is displayed with retry.

We use them daily and weekly.

Yes I'm getting the same issues , Thursday and Friday failed to get the Sales Report to load, been Ok up til then

Same here, fine Wednesday then from Thursday not loading at least i am not on my own, i can only assume its a problem with the ios latest update and the paypal app update.

sadly the paypal here reports available off the laptop are not daily or weekly just monthly, staff need to be able print off a daily print off to split cash & card payments, so they know what to bank! massive inconvenience.

we can only hope that a fix is in the pipeline asap.

We have the same exact problem. We jumped on the update as it was announced as fixing a problem with STAR Bluetooth printers.... it didn't and as a bonus also introduced this new bug that fails to load sales reports.

As above we were aware of this issue with reporting and it has since been reported as being resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience. 

 

Can you let us know if you are still experiencing issues with your STAR printer?

The daily reports seem to work on and off. We still have a problem printing end of day sales reports. We are using a mPOP star till and the end of day sales reports when printed come out looking like some kind of alien script. There is obviusly still a problem between the paypal app and STAR

I don't think the issue has been resolved. I still can not access the sales reports. Is there a step I need to take to fix the issue?

I think it could be intermittent,  as it worked Friday  for me, but not early this evening,  but it did just now !
